About the hard & soft bait.
Gulp!® Saltwater Sand Eel - 5" - Sapphire Shine: The extreme scent dispersion of Gulp!® expands the strike zone, allowing you to catch more fish! Berkley Gulp! Truly is the next generation in soft bait! Authentic Sand Eel Profile: Crafted with a realistic sand eel body shape featuring the distinctive elongated design and natural tapering that perfectly mimics live sand eels. The streamlined profile and smooth texture replicate the exact appearance of the sand eels that stripers, fluke, and other saltwater gamefish actively hunt in sandy bottoms and shallow waters. Lifelike Swimming Action: The soft, supple Gulp! The material allows for natural undulation and serpentine movement that triggers strikes from even the most cautious fish. The flexible construction creates realistic eel-like swimming motion with every retrieve, while the balanced design ensures proper presentation whether drifted naturally or actively worked through the water column. Saltwater Scent Technology: Delivers 400 times more scent than ordinary soft plastics, creating a powerful attraction zone that draws fish from greater distances. The biodegradable formula continuously releases an attractant even when the bait is motionless, making it irresistible to stripers, fluke, weakfish, and other saltwater species that feed heavily on sand eels. Stop dealing with the hassles of live bait and other plastics, and grab a convenient bag of Gulp! The proven fish-catching power combined with this perfectly shaped sand eel profile makes it an essential addition to any saltwater angler's tackle box.
